This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.
Domestic Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM SAST will ship within 2-3 business days. We don’t process shipments on weekends or holidays.
- Delays: During peak seasons or high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay in your order’s shipment.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer free shipping on all orders within South Africa. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, although unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Green World Herbal is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. You (the customer) are responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping.
Damages
Green World Herbal is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Green World Herbal purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we offer returns for a full refund.
Conditions for Return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for used products or products damaged by the customer.
Return Process:
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#): Email us at info@greenworldherbal.co.za with a detailed explanation for your return and, if possible, pictures or a video of the product supporting your reason.
- Upon approval, you’ll receive the RA# and the address of our return warehouse.
- Ship the product using a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned product, we’ll inspect it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a refund confirmation email sent to the address used for your purchase.
