This Return Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning products.
Conditions for Return:
- You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products returned after 30 days of purchase
Return Process:
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#):
- Email us at returns@greenworldherbal.co.za with your order number and a detailed reason for your return.
- If applicable, include pictures or a video of the product supporting your reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond to your email within 2 business days.
- If your return is approved, you’ll receive an RA# and instructions on where to return the product.
- Return the Product:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the RA# confirmation email in the package.
- Ship the product using a trackable mail service. We recommend using insured shipping for valuable items.
- Note: You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Track Your Return: Keep your tracking information for reference until your return is processed.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return conditions, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email notification once your refund is processed.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you can return your original item following the return process and place a new order.
